Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Crawlback.net LLC (“aimbot.xyz”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the aimbot.xyz website, game, and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information we need to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Information you provide. When you create an account we collect your first and last name, username, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and a password (stored only in hashed form). We also collect anything you send us directly, such as support emails and chat messages.
- Information collected automatically. When you use the Service we collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser information, cookies and similar local-storage identifiers, and logs of your use of the Service.
- Gameplay information. We collect gameplay data, including match activity, performance statistics, inputs and timing while you play, and in-game communications.
- Warm-up information. Before you create an account you may play a short warm-up against practice targets. Our servers — not your browser — record what happened during it: your position, aim direction, movement and button inputs, shots, hits, and the timing and accuracy of each, along with connection quality measurements. A sample of these recordings is kept for the anti-cheat purposes described below. They are stored under a random warm-up identifier and are not labeled with your name, email address, phone number, or IP address. If you go on to create an account, we link the warm-up to it.
- Verification information. We collect the results of email and phone verification, and signals from our anti-abuse providers (such as reCAPTCHA scores) used to distinguish people from automated traffic.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide and operate the Service, including matchmaking, rankings, and saved progress;
- create and verify your account — including confirming your email address and sending one-time SMS codes to verify your phone number;
- keep the Service secure and fair — including detecting and preventing cheating, fraud, spam, and other abuse, and enforcing our Terms of Service and any suspensions or bans imposed under them;
- analyze gameplay and warm-up recordings automatically to look for signs of aim assistance and other cheating. These automated results are used to guide human review and to decide how long a later warm-up is; on their own they do not suspend, ban, or restrict an account;
- enforce our age requirement (you must be at least 13 to use the Service);
- respond to you and send service messages such as verification emails and important account notices;
- understand how the Service is used, and maintain and improve it;
- comply with law and protect our rights, our players, and the public.
3. Text messages (SMS)
- We send SMS only to United States phone numbers. The Service is not available outside of the United States at this time.
- SMS is used for one-time verification codes that you request — we do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply.
- If you do not verify a phone number you can still use parts of the Service, but you will not be able to play online.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that process it for us — including Google (cloud hosting, reCAPTCHA, and phone-number verification) and providers that deliver our email and SMS messages. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With other players, limited to what the game shows: your username and in-game activity such as scores, rankings, and chat. Your real name, email, phone number, and date of birth are never shown to other players.
- For legal reasons — when we believe disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of aimbot.xyz, our players, or the public.
- In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of it, subject to this Policy.
Registration and verification are protected by reCAPTCHA; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to its use.
5. Data retention
Warm-up recordings are kept on a limited schedule: the summary of a warm-up is kept with the account it belongs to, and the sampled detailed recordings are deleted automatically after a fixed period.
We keep your other information for as long as your account exists and as long as we need it for the purposes above. If your account is closed or deleted, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except that we may retain what is reasonably necessary for security and fraud prevention, to enforce our Terms — including giving effect to suspensions and bans previously imposed — to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.
6. Security
We protect your information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to its sensitivity — passwords are stored only as salted hashes, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to personal information is restricted. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a unique password for your account.
7. Children
- The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Account creation requires a date of birth, and we refuse registrations from anyone under 13.
- If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us at support@aimbot.xyz.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can review and update your account information in the Service.
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and personal information, by emailing support@aimbot.xyz from your account email. Deletion is subject to the retention described in Section 5.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), including rights to know, correct, and delete. We honor those rights as the law requires and do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
- Cookies and local storage can be controlled in your browser; the Service needs some of them (such as your session) to function.
9. United States only
The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for people in the United States. Your information is processed and stored in the United States.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example by email or an in-product notice — before they take effect. The effective date at the top shows when this Policy was last revised.
